Every guy would like to have bigger muscles and a better looking physique, whether they will admit it or not.
And any guy can build muscle in 3 months...
but what about 15 pounds of it? Is it really possible for someone to gain 15 pounds of solid muscle in only 3 months? The answer is YES it is possible.
But you wont get it from any pill or workout supplement.
There is really only 1 real (safe) way to gain that amount of muscle in 3 months.
First, you have to make sure your diet is right.

You should make sure you hit every body part at least once.
All of those workouts in the bodybuilding magazines will not help you.
They are meant for just that...
bodybuilders...
many of which are on steroids.
The reason a 3 day, full body routine is best is because your muscles heal in about 48 hours.
So waiting an entire week to work that muscle again is waiting too long.
