Give them a break. I know you always want to be camera ready, but if you can, try to save the mascara for special occasions. Mascara can weigh-down eyelashes causing them to break off or fall out. Especially when you fall asleep without removing your make-up (tisk, tisk). Your eyelashes are very delicate. Imagine if you coated the hair on your head with mascara everyday...I think it would fall out too! If you can add some depth to your eyes by adding a little liner, do that instead. - 2
Moisturize your lashes. May sound a little funny, but your eyelashes get dry too. Put a little Vaseline on them, or any other gentle, non-irritant moisturizer you may have in your possession. Do this everyday, or every couple of days. - 3
If you would like to make your eyelashes grow to impossible lengths, I strongly recommend investing in an eyelash growth system. There are several systems on the market now, and from what I've seen they all work relatively well. They may be a little pricey (starting at least at $100 for a mascara tube's worth), however you don't need a lot and it works noticeably in about one month. I have seen results with 'Lilash' and Latisse is also supposed to be a good one. They may make your eyes a little dry while using them, but when you look in the mirror at your beautiful 'doe' eyes, I'm sure you'll find that it's worth it.
