3 of the Best Chest Exercises I"ve Ever Seen For Packing on Muscle in No Time
It's every guys dreams to have a great looking chest, so I thought I'd write you an article describing what I believe to be the 3 best chest exercises I've found to pack on some lean muscle and make your chest look great.
I've seen a lot of people make the mistake of doing the same exercise over and over so keep in mind that for any effective chest exercise program you're going to need to switch up your exercises every 4-6 weeks or so.
With that out of the way, let's get started:
Just remember, if you want your chest muscles to show, the best chest exercise you can do is to lose weight! Your muscles start to "pop" as you lose body fat.
Nobody wants to see a big chest and a big gut as well, they want to see a medium sized chest that's very defined.
Keep that in mind as you start working on what I consider to be the 3 best chest exercises you can do for building a muscular, powerful chest.

With that out of the way, let's get started:
- Barbell bench press - This classic exercise is one of the best chest exercises you can do if you want to add more muscle, and it's very simple to do as well.
Nothing complicated, just keep your hands slightly over shoulder-width apart, bring it down slowly (this is a key point), and push up fast! - Dips - Although most people think dips are for your triceps, you can make dips one one of the best chest exercises out there by simply leaning forward instead of keeping yourself straight up in the air.
The farther forward you go, the more you activate your chest muscles.
Try this with a weighted belt for added intensity. - Incline Dumbbell Press - Many people neglect doing inclines for their chest, but it's a huge mistake! Having a well developed upper chest makes your chest look fantastic, so please don't neglect it.
I love doing dumbbell presses because not only is this one of the top 3 best chest exercises, it's also a great exercise for your stabilizer muscles as well.
