Do you want the chest of a God?Do you want to be ripped like a body builder so that you can get more girls and feel more confident?You need to build your chest muscles and these three tips will help you build chest muscles faster.
Start by using the good old bench press.
You need to do all three presses including the regular bench press, the incline bench press, and the decline bench press.
They all work a different area of your chest so they are all important.
You should be doing a high weight low repetition workout and about 3 sets on each exercise.
Do no more than 4 repetitions and make sure you have a spotter.
Next, you should move onto doing some dumbbell work.
This should include dumbbell press, butterflies, and the incline and decline dumbbell press.
Again, concentrate on low repetition and high weights.
These exercises are great for forming the chest and you will most likely feel the soreness when you are finished, but no pain no gain is our motto.
The last thing to know is that you should work your chest once every 4 days if you want to really explode your muscles.
Give your chest 3 days off to fully recover and hit the weight again with it.
You can be working other muscles groups during those 3 days off, just not the chest.
Then, when you go back to working your chest try to add a repetition, if you are not to full sets of 4 yet, or try to add a little bit of weight.
Now you can take these tips along with all the other knowledge you have about building your muscles and start on the road towards your goals.
Remember, that to build chest muscles you need to do all of the bench press exercises, do some dumbbell exercises, and give your chest 3 full days to recover before you go at it again.
