Delete Registry Values

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Type "regedit" into the "Search Programs and Files" box and press "Enter." The Registry Editor window opens.
  
  
• 3). Click on "Edit" and then "Find."
  
  
• 4). Type "11DE0A6B-3C58-F10F-2F81-01DE6BB71BC3" into the "Find What" box and click "Find Next." Delete the registry value that appears by right-clicking on it and selecting "Delete."
  
  
• 5). Type "1443D5E6-F92E-DA36-0BBA-0744992443D0" into the "Find What" box and click "Find Next." Delete the registry value that appears by right-clicking on it and selecting "Delete."
  
  
• 6). Type "34674C8A-09C7-F6ED-05A9-0209EFF0FCBA" into the "Find What" box and click "Find Next." Delete the registry value that appears by right-clicking on it and selecting "Delete."
  
  

Delete Files

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Type "grmrotqn" into the "Search Programs and Files" box and press "Enter."
  
  
• 3). Right-click on the file that appears and select "Delete."
