- 1). Open the trunk, pull back the interior carpet that covers the brake light housing and locate the bulb housing cover.
- 2). Remove the wing-nut screws holding the brake light housing cover.
- 3). Remove the nuts holding the lamp assembly in place with a socket wrench and pull out the lamp assembly.
- 4). Remove the bulb by rotating it counterclockwise and pulling the bulb out of the housing.
- 5). Install the new bulb. Installation is the reverse of removal.
