How to Use a Charon Proxy
- 1). Start Charon by double-clicking the Charon icon on your desktop or by going to Start > Programs > Charon.
- 2). Open your list of proxies by double-clicking on your proxy file. Go to "Edit," located on the top menu bar and "Select All."
- 3). Right-click and select "Copy."
- 4). Click on the Charon program to bring it to the front of your screen. Right-click and select paste to insert your proxy list into the Charon program.
- 5). Find the icon on the left side of the Charon program called "Connect Options." There's a green check mark as an icon for this option. Click it.
- 6). Look at the connect options screen and find the option that says "Use external judges." Click this box so it's selected.
- 7). Press "OK"at the bottom of the screen.
- 8). Click the "Judge Options" button on the left side of the Charon program. Judges are special proxies that are used to test other proxies to see if they're valid.
- 9). Choose the "Test Judges" button and wait. The program will go through the judges to make sure that they're active.

Right-click on the two proxy judges that have the smallest number in the ping time column. - 11
Select the option "Move judges to the selected list." This will enable you to use these two judges. - 12
Click the close button on the lower-right hand side of the screen and you'll see the Charon main screen again. - 13
Press the check proxies button and the Charon program will list all of the valid proxies.
