People workout for years, spending hours in gym but still they do not get satisfied with the results as their input is huge but the output is disappointing. There is always a smarter way of doing things. This is how Ben Pakulski works. He follows smarter approach of exercising and dietary plans. His workout practices transform your physique dramatically with each passing month. Using Ben's training programs you can maximize the benefits of each rep.

People have not stopped raving about his MI40 program. He has a classic physique himself, and IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski is now famously known as €Pakman€. Ben preaches controlled exercise with a slower pace. He focuses on optimizing both short term and long term recoveries. Ben believes in faster recovery as it increases the span of growth, as recovery being the limiting factor to muscle growth. When recovery is faster, new growth can be stimulated sooner by more training. This is what we call smart bodybuilding.

Professional bodybuilders have different training loads, so their caloric requirements also differ, but the ultimate goal remains to utilize the resources to 100%. All what Ben expects is to minimize the injuries, push the limits and recover faster to resume work out again. Ben Pakulski works without taking any drugs to gain muscles. He tries to minimize catabolism during his workouts so he takes Amino Acids prior to, in between and past his workouts. He eats oatmeal with some essential amino acids, some isoflex, and other complex carbs, one hour before starting his training. The amount of the supplementsdepends on his goals for the particular session. Ben provides pieces of advice in between the trainings. For example, a piece of advice on leg extension from Ben is never lean back and sit up to curve the back keeping the chest out. This gives the legs and hip the proper posture for leg extension.

Ben's idea behind leg presses is to increase the reps and decrease the weight. This lets you focus on the weight and the rest of the body is able to keep up as the restrictive factor in leg presses is not the strength of your legs, instead the rest of the body. Ben does 6 to 8 sets having 20 reps with 6 plates. He increases the plates up to 12 and then decreases them gradually. To add to this he does single leg presses to focus further more.
As Ben follows a nutritious and suitable diet plan, post workout he takes Isoflex shake, carbs (around 100 grams), and Allmax Aminocore immediately. After around an hour of working out, Ben Pakulski takes his meal consisting of a protein source and white rice.

Pakulski prefers ground turkey as source of protein. Ben Pakulski works to gain muscles as well as health. Before Ben's MI40, it was difficult to gain muscles and many bodybuilders have accepted this fact. You experience both long term and short term health benefits after following Ben's programs and guide while working out.
