They can greatly affect the sufferer's life.
So, if you have anxiety it is important to take control of your life by controlling your symptoms.

However, you can try to control symptoms yourself before you start taking medication.
To reduce anxiety try the following things, eat healthy, exercise, get good sleep, relax, and surround yourself with good people.
Also drink less caffeine and alcohol, and try to smoke less.
