- 1). Sign in to your eBay seller account. Create a listing for the item you wish to sell, including a thorough description and pictures if you wish to add them.
- 2). Change the default international shipping option to "Calculated: Cost Varies by Buyer Location" unless you plan on using a flat-rate shipping service. If you do plan on using flat-rate shipping, select "Flat: Same Cost to All Buyers" instead. Select the locations you are willing to ship to and the shipping service you plan to use as well.
- 3). Advance to the addons and upgrades selection screen by clicking "Continue." Choose the "International Site Visibility" listing upgrade option, selecting the additional eBay websites you want your item to appear on from the available countries. Note that an additional fee is charged for each country selected, with the fee amount indicated beside the country name.
- 4). Click "List Your Item" to post your listing to eBay and the international eBay sites you selected. Monitor your listing, answering any questions you may be asked from buyers both domestic and abroad.
- 5). Contact your buyer once the auction ends. If the buyer or winning bidder is from another country, inform him that you will send an invoice which contains the item price as well as all shipping costs.
- 6). Send an invoice through eBay's invoice system. Once you receive payment for the item, package it and print an address label from eBay to ensure that the address appears exactly as the buyer entered it. Ship the package using the carrier you specified, buying insurance or other shipping addons if the buyer paid extra for them.
- 7). Contact the buyer once the package has shipped, providing any tracking information you were given so that he can track his package. If you do your shipping directly through Paypal they will contact the buyer for you once you have printed the shipping label.
