There is only one symptom that all of them share, and it's a intense or consistent fear of the things that most people do not feel threatened from.
Beyond that one shared symptom anxiety disorders can take a variety of forms dependent on the type of disorder and on the individual person.
Some of the possible physical symptoms include, a racing heart, sweating, a feeling if dizziness, an upset stomach or diarrhea, difficulty sleeping, frequent headaches, fatigue, tense muscles, and tremors or twitching.
Some of the emotional symptoms include, a feeling that your mind's gone blank, irritability, constantly thinking that only bad things are going to happen to you, jumpiness, difficulty focusing on the task at hand, and the feelings of dread or apprehension.
Now everyone should keep in mind that because of a temporary stressful situation may cause many of the same symptoms.
So consider the following, - What kind of stress is currently in your life? (An example may be too much work or school work - How much exercise do you incorporate to your daily routine? - Are you getting enough sleep? - Is your schedule jammed pack to the point where you have little or no time to yourself? Are you taking more responsibilities than you can handle? And overall, how healthy of a lifestyle do you live? If you find that your living an overly stressful lifestyle then you should take steps to relieve some of your stress.
