We're in LOVE with the kid crafty blog, Happy Hooligans. Jackie is a fabulously fun crafter who loves to create ideas inspired by play and discovery. There are all sorts of crafts and art projects for different ages and stages. You'll find activities for science and water play as well as outdoor projects and kid-friendly recipes.

Here's a little more about Happy Hooligans:

A blog that centers around the daily activities of my home-daycare, and is dedicated to easy and affordable arts & crafts and good, old-fashioned play. The Hooligans and I spend our days crafting, baking, creating, exploring and adventuring.  We’re all about old-fashioned fun here: getting messy, imaginative play, outdoor fun, and  realizing the value of free and unstructured play.

Here's 8 projects you must make from the Happy Hooligans blog:

1. 2-Ingredient Cloud Dough: With only 2 ingredients, kids can make this fun dough that represents playing with clouds.

2. Coffee Filter Jelly Fish: Gather extra coffee filters and color them with all sorts of rainbow colors. You can create a silly jelly fish craft with your rainbow colors.

3. Paper Plate Birds: How darling are these paper plate birds? You can decorate them with all sorts of materials.

4. Homemade Butter in a Jar: Kids will love this experiment of putting cream in a jar and seeing what happens to it when they give it lots of shake, shake, shakes!

5. Homemade Magic Wand: With only a few supplies around your house, you'll be able to craft up a fun magical wand. Time to cast some spells!

6. Simple CD Bunny: Save your old CDs to make this cute little bunny!

7. Sensory Art with Shaving Cream: I love this sensory activity working with shaving cream. The kids will love to get their hands messy!

8. Dino Dig Excavation: Dig a little dirt with this Dino dig to find some cool bones!

Have fun getting crafty with Happy Hooligans!
