There are different medications to help with anxiety and the most common are the benzodiazepines.
These are anti-anxiety pills which cause the patient to be in a more relaxed state.
They do have side effects however.
Cheeks blushing related to a medical issue, needs to be addressed by your doctor for proper treatment.
