How to Receive Money Through MoneyGram Via Vcom

1). Use CU Service Centers' Vcom locator (see Resources) to find the Vcom terminal closest to you. Inform the individual sending the MoneyGram of the Vcom location that you wish to pick up your money from. The individual will need this information to send the MoneyGram.
2). Wait for the individual sending you the MoneyGram to call you with the transaction reference number. This is issued upon the completion of the financial institution collecting the money and then sending the MoneyGram.
3). Go to your nearest Vcom terminal (the one you told your friend or family member to use) and follow the prompts on the screen to enter your transaction reference number. The terminal will then dispense the money designated for that particular transaction to you.
