How to Roll Heat Exchanger Tubes

    • 1). Attach the tubing insert to the end of the rolling motor. The insert fastens into place without any screws, tightening or other procedures or mechanisms.

    • 2). Place the tubing insert inside the first heat exchanger tube and start the rolling motor by pulling the power trigger or button.

    • 3). Allow the motor and the rolling tube insert to spin. Eventually the tube tightens and the rolling motor begins to struggle. When this happens, slowly remove the tubing insert from the heat exchanger tubing.

    • 4). Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for all heat exchanger tubes. Work in a patterned order to ensure you roll all the tubes and avoid rolling tubes you have already worked on. While you may not cause any damage to the tubing, motor or tubing insert, this saves you time and effort.
