How to Receive Your Tax Return Right Away

1). Electronically file your income tax return using an online tax preparation company. The Internal Revenue Service provides options for electronic filing as well as a list of approved companies you can use to file electronically.
2). Input your bank account number and your bank's routing number on your income tax return in the section marked "Banking Information." This information is found on the bottom of your personal checks and is used by the IRS to deposit your refund into your bank account.
3). File your tax return electronically. Typically, the IRS processes returns immediately and your return is electronically deposited into your bank account in as little as three weeks from the date you file.
