It is true you pay for those services but at the same time you can not know exactly what the problem is until the support team from your web hosting provider send a response to you.Usually minor problems can be solved quickly and more serious problems can be time consuming. Our advice is to be more indulgent and at the same time if you wish to contact the support team to find out details you can do so but in an acceptable way.

d) Try not to make the same mistakes every time. If you forgot your password now and call the support team then try to save your password. It is better to learn from mistakes and try not to stress the support team to explain the same thing several times.
