The Ideal 6 Pack Workout - And I Don"t Mean Cracking Open 6 Tinnies

I use the gym about three to four times a week now.
It used to be more.
One thing that I notice time and again are novices who want to do a 6 pack workout to develop their abs, but go about it in the wrong way.
Their intentions are great and they stick to their routines week in week out but they just get frustrated because they fail to get the results that they crave.
Some leave and never come back but the clever ones will ask advice as to what is going wrong with their 6 pack workout.
I don't consider myself an Arnie of this world but I know one or two things, and I used to and still have to some extent some good abs.
The newbies may have some half decent abs under the fat covering their stomachs but they don't even know it.
There are two things to consider here :- 1.
There is too much fat covering the stomach so the abs don't show.
2.
Their routine never changes so the abs get used to it.
What needs to change then? Well part 1 can be broken down into two different parts.
Diet and cardio exercise.
The first thing if you want six pack abs, is that you have to burn off more calories than you consume so it is no use having a diet that is full of saturated fats such as pizzas, crisps, burgers and deep fried foods.
Stay off the sugary foods like chocolate, cakes and fizzy drinks.
Eat plenty of protein such as steamed fish and skinless chicken to make your muscles grow and eat lots of nuts, fruits and vegetables that are full of complex carbohydrates because they will supply you with the energy that your muscles need.
Cardio exercise is also vital to burn off the fat, not only from your stomach but all over your body.
You are going to have to get your heart rate up till you are at about seventy to eighty percent intensity of your maximum heart rate.
You can get your own heart monitor that links to your watch, or use one of the gym's monitors.
There are many exercises you could do.
Running, skipping, cycling and rowing, as long as it gets your heart rate up.
Do this a few times every week.
Each session should consist of about ten to twelve intense workouts of about forty seconds with a couple of minutes rest in between.
If you do this, the fat should just fly off and your six pack abs should start to show.
Part 2 means that if you want six pack abs, they should be almost shocked into a growth spurt.
Muscles get used to the same type of exercise if it is performed day in day out.
Sure, at the start they will respond to the exercise but will soon stop improving.
Change your 6 pack workout exercises maybe every two weeks and try using more weight or upping the intensity.
There are so many different exercises to make your abs grow so change them regularly.
If you put all of the above into practice, I promise you within a month or so you will see such a dramatic improvement you will be amazed.
