If we make an habit of drinking as much water as we can then we will easily be able to recover most of our minerals which we lost during workout sessions in the form of sweat.
- Proper time should be given to the gym, you have to spend maximum 30-45 mins at gym.
Avoid doing workouts more than an hour otherwise you can an internal injury.
- A Trainer is very important in this regard who will guide you to get the best shape.
