Overcoming the Fear of Outsourcing

Why Should you Outsource? Many article marketers and bloggers find outsourcing to be very scary.
They simply are afraid the content will not be as good as their own, or they don't want to spend the money for the content.
However, if you understand all the benefits of outsourcing, and that it really is the key to your success, then you may not fear outsourcing.
Before we get into why you should outsource some of your writing it is important to understand some of the other tasks you can outsource.
If you want to distribute your articles to many different ezine owners and directories, you can do so by outsourcing the task.
The same goes with social bookmarking and pretty much every other type of backlinking.
The one thing you do need to be careful about with outsourcing is what you are getting for your money.
For example, if you outsource blog commenting you want to actually hire someone from a site like ODesk or Fiverr to do this for you.
They need to understand the comments have to be real and not just some very general comment blasted out to thousands of blogs.
Just make sure you get quality work that is going to give you real results and not just some cheap company blasting your comment or site out to a bunch of places that don't help you much.
The Benefits of Outsourcing your Writing 1.
Saves you Time The major benefit of outsourcing anything is that you save time.
This means you get to use that time for other projects.
If you have more than one blog that needs new content, you need to outsource some of the work.
This will help you to have more time to work on the other projects you are working on.
2.
More Search Engine Power With more posts going out to your blogs on a regular basis you will have more power in the search engines.
For example, if you are able to write 10 posts yourself each week and you can afford to outsource 10 more, then you have twice as much power with more fresh content.
This is like having a larger fishing net to cover more water with.
3.
Forces you to Step Up Once you start outsourcing some of the other tasks and some of your writing you will be forced to step up because you will see the positive results.
It is just like when you wrote your first article and saw the power of what it did for you.
Outsourcing is very powerful and you can really build your business through outsourcing.
4.
Multiple Voices You are only one voice on your blog, but if you can get others to write for you as well, then you have more than one voice.
This will help your blog appeal to more than just one type of person.
You cannot reach everybody with your writing style and another writer can help you to reach more people with a second voice.
A Few Outsourcing Tips From Benjamin Ehinger Since I am on both sides of the equation being a writer myself and outsourcing many of my extra tasks, I thought I would finish by giving you a few of my personal tips.
Tip #1 - Always Test Always test any outsourcing job with a small task.
You don't want to invest more than $50 with someone until you know they can give you the quality you are looking for.
Always give the writer or anybody else you hire a small job before you give them a larger job.
Tip #2 - Be Willing to Pay for Quality If you are not willing to pay the price it takes to get a quality job done, then you are wasting your time.
You cannot expect to get a quality 500-word article for $5 or less.
This is only going to give you content that is hard to read and is simply not up to par.
You need to be willing to pay at least $2 per 100 words or you will be stuck with low quality content.
Tip #3 - Read the Reviews You want to hire a quality writer and the reviews will show you exactly what you are after.
These will tell you if someone else liked the writing from the person you are looking into.
It will also let you know if it is a company that outsources to a team of writers or if it is just one writer you are dealing with.
Take your time searching for the right person to outsource your content to.
Make sure you always test them out with one or two posts before you hire them for a larger job.
Once you find the right person stick with them and reward them for the work they do for you.
