How to Make Nasal Spray With Wintergreen Oil

    • 1). Pour 1 cup warm distilled water into a bowl. Avoid using tap water because it contains minerals that can irritate the sinuses even more. Cold water could cause pain or headaches.

    • 2). Place 1 drop wintergreen oil, 1 tsp. sea salt and 1 drop oregano oil in the bowl. Stir until the sea salt is completely dissolved.

    • 3). Stand over a sink. Fill a clean bulb syringe with the wintergreen spray.

    • 4). Place the tip of the bulb syringe into one nostril. Gently squeeze the solution into the sinuses.

    • 5). Repeat on the other nostril, if desired.

    • 6). Use the wintergreen nasal spray two times a day for up to five days.
