Anxiety is not always well a disorder but can be like being anxious to go somewhere or worried about forgetting your lines in a play.

I know how anxiety feels because like everyone else I get it from time to time.
It can cause you to sweat and even feel sick.
When I was younger I would get anxiety pretty bad over just nothing at all and my mom always told me that if I worried too much it would make me sick.
One day I did worry and fret too much and I got sick and threw up.
It was not a fun experience at all, trust me.
