Muscle Building Information - Simple and Easy Tips
This is the muscle building information that I use to help transform my clients very fast.

If you want to build muscle fast you must focus on heavy compound exercises like bench press, military press, chin ups, dead lifts, squats and dips.
These exercises involve lots of muscles at once and actually build muscle a lot faster then single joint exercise.
If you want to build muscle fast you should never do single joint exercises and do full body workouts instead.

You need to take days off and the best training split is actually three days a week you go to the gym and do a full body workout with one day of rest in between.
This allows your muscles to recuperate and replenish and grow at a much faster rate then training everyday which only tires your central nervous system.
3.
Make sure you eat plenty of protein and healthy fats and little amounts of fruit and vegetables.
So many people make the mistakes of eating too much oatmeal, brown rice and potatoes which increases the hormone of insulin which promotes fat storage so you should limit your intake of these foods.
Focus on olive oil, fish oil, avocados, nuts, whole eggs and other good sources of protein and healthy fats.
