Health and fitness go hand in hand. If a person is healthy then he is fit. But if a person does not have sound health, then he cannot be considered as fit. For fitness, Yoga is considered to be very important. Yoga and free hand exercises can be done at home. It is not always necessary to go to the gym. Even if you do the regular workout at home then it will boost your immune system and make you strong and healthy. If you exercise under the instructions of a physical instructor, then you will get an added advantage. Your health will improve.

For mental fitness one can practice yoga which is the best option. There is one more option. One can practice meditation and deep breathing. This will enhance his level of concentration. The person will be able to concentrate on his work and hence will be able to achieve success in life.

As far as daily workout is concerned, one can go for brisk walking or jogging. Walking at least one or two miles is very important for everybody as it helps a person to reduce fat. Walking for two times in a day is very much helpful for the body. Jogging is also one of the best options. If a person goes for jogging for at least thrice in a week, then he is bound to become slim within two months.

It is always better to reduce weight in the natural way using exercise and dieting, rather than resorting to pills or complete fasting. If you don't want to go to gyms, that is till okay as there are many more exercises that you can do using just your body and practice workout at home.
