    • 1). Spread the cashews in a single layer on a sheet pan with a lip.

    • 2). Place the cashews in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cashews burn easily, so check on them often and stir around if necessary.

    • 3). While the cashews roast, whisk together olive oil and salt in a large bowl.

    • 4). Remove the cashews from the oven and transfer them to the bowl containing salt and olive oil. Toss to coat cashews in oil and salt.
