    Washer Does Not Start

    • 1). Plug the washer into a working outlet. Close the door firmly. Turn the control knob or press the pad to select the desired cycle. Press the Start/Pause button.

    • 2). Turn on the water source faucet. Press the Start/Pause button again.

    • 3). Press the Chime and Delay pads for three seconds. This will deactivate the Child Lock setting. Press the Start/Pause button when the Child Lock light goes out.

    Washer Does Not Fill

    • 1). Turn on both water source faucets completely. Plug the washer in. Open the door and close it tightly. Press Start/Pause.

    • 2). Straighten the inlet hoses at the back of the unit to remove any kinks. Unscrew and disconnect the hoses and clean out clogged filter screens with a soft cloth. Restart the washer by pressing Start/Pause.

    • 3). Unplug the washer. Check the fuse or circuit breaker that corresponds to the washer. Replace damaged fuses or reset the circuit breaker by flipping any switches in the "off" position to "on."

    Improper Water Temperature

    • 1). Turn on both water source faucets. Turn the control dial or press the temperature select button to select the desired temperature. Restart the washer.

    • 2). Check the water heater temperature. Adjust the temperature to a minimum temperature of 120 degrees F.

    • 3). Unscrew and disconnect the inlet hoses on the back of the unit. Clean the filter screens with a soft cloth to remove any debris that is clogging them.

    Washer Will Not Spin or Drain

    • 1). Turn the control dial or press the pad to select High spin speed. Press the Start/Pause button.

    • 2). Combine the load with another small load. Restart the cycle with a larger load to improve the washer's spinning ability.

    • 3). Straighten the inlet hoses to remove any kinks or knots. Close the door firmly and restart the washer.

    • 4). Check the fuse box or circuit breaker. Reset the circuit breaker or replace any damaged fuses.

    Washer Leaks Water

    • 1). Close the door completely.

    • 2). Tighten the inlet hoses on the back of the unit. Screw the hoses into the outlets tightly or tighten the clamps. Examine the hoses for any signs of damage and have them replaced if necessary.

    • 3). Place the end of the drain hose in the drain. Secure the hose to the drain area if possible. If draining into a sink or basin, place as much of the drain hose in the sink as possible so it does not fly out during operation.
