Anxiety attacks are very common and almost every one experiences anxiety in his or her life.
Anxiety is general human response but too much of them could result in serious health problems.
Feeling powerless, sweating, increased heart rate, trembling, feeling weak or fatigued, rapid breathing, feeling apprehensive and having a sense of impeding danger or panic are common symptoms of anxiety.
Anxiety attacks are extreme form of fear and anxiety which in result in rapid production of stress hormones in human body.
Your body starts to develop a fight response in reaction to these stress hormones.
The complication can trigger anytime with no reason at all.
Mostly causes for anxiety attacks are attributed towards panic disorder, stress and fear.
Each human body part and system reacts differently during an complication and reactions of body organs and systems are the most viable source of knowing the symptoms.
In most of the cases lungs start to feel constricted and difficulty in breathing is experienced.
The contraction of lungs results in less intake of oxygen which eventually lowers the transfer rate of oxygenated blood to vital organs of the body.
The heart pumps blood faster on realization of lower oxygen levels at different parts of body eventually resulting in increased heart rate.
The whole scenario also results in extreme fatigue levels.
Rapid heartbeat and heart palpitations is also one of the prime symptoms of the anxiety attack and in some cases severe chest pains, shaking and sweating are also experienced.
In many cases sometimes it also feels like that there is a lump in throat and it feels as the throat is constricted making swallowing extremely difficult.
Choking while trying to speak or eat is also a very one of the few symptoms.
An anxiety attack can also disturb your digestive system by upsetting your stomach.
You may also feel abdominal cramps during an anxiety attack.
You may also experience nausea as a symptom and in an extreme case vomiting could be part of the anxiety symptoms too.
Feeling disoriented, displaced and having a frightening feel is a very common issue while dealing with anxiety attack.
You may feel dizzy and light headed with destructive and disturbing thoughts.
