The 2014 Easter Day is around the corner! I really love this festival because it is full of hope and rebirth! What's more, on this beautiful Sunday, except for playing games and decorating Easter eggs, we can also watch some movies to celebrate that big day! Perhaps this weekend we can stay at home and watch the movies with our children.

 

As the guardians we had better do that together so that you can lead the kids what the wrong thing is and what the right action is. In my list, some of them are not suitable for kids, so you can watch it when your children are playing Easter games outside. I am so pleased to share them with you. Enjoy them!

 

 

Top 1: An Easter Carol

An Easter Carol also named Veggie Tales and it is released in 2004. It is a cartoon movie that is suitable for family, especially for kids. It is not too long, just only 49 minutes. The story begins with another story of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" and the director recomposes it in some plots. It is a family file so that you can prepare some fruits and Easter candies and sit down and watch it.

 

I don't know what you feel about this movie, but my daughter really loves the dance and songs in the movie. She even says to me that she wants to learn how to sing that song and dance with that monster! Ah ha, children always do something you don't understand. With this funny comedy watching at home on Easter day, your whole family can't miss it! By the way, don't laugh too loud while watching An Easter Carol.

 

 

 

 

 

Top 2: Easter Parade

This is a movie about love, dance and song. The story is about the relationship of 4 roles, which are Nadine, Hughes, Jenny and Henna. They four roles know each other because of dancing, but dislike each other because of dancing as well. In my opinion, they are all not fault, because there is no right or wrong in a relationship. If we have to discuss who is wrong, I guess it is the destiny's mistake.

 

It is a quite old song and dance drama but I still recommend it because we can learn how to love someone and be loved by somebody from it. In my opinion, it is undeniable that the actor and actress do have actual strength in that old film. No like the present, lots of plots are able to be acted by special effect. Perhaps we are far away from that time, but the class will not pass.

 

 

Top 3: Hank and Mike

I have to admit that this is the suitable movie that is with Easter theme. Two good friends dress as rabbits in Easter to bring joy to people. Unfortunately, they are fired by their boss without any reasons. After they lose the job, they find that the biggest advantage of them is to enjoy the persons and make them laugh. The theme may be not creative but I love it! It is not only the actors are what I appreciative, but also from this film inspire me the thought of the society.

 

They are the rabbits that bring the Easter eggs and happiness to the children. They are kind persons and should be accepted by the society. As far as I am concerned, this is not only the story about Easter, but also the story of friendship and family. Last but not least, I love the music in the movie!

 

 

Top 4: Hop

This is really a happy movie about Easter rabbits. In my perspective, this must be a film that makes the children happy. At least, when I finish watching it, I am in a good mood. But from it we can also think about dreams. The rabbit and the man have the similar experience and the similar fathers.

 

In our life, sometimes we have to make a decision between the hope from others and the willing heart from our inner peace, but no matter what we choose, it is none of the selfishness's business, because it is the right of a person who is able to think independently. However, once we choose one of them, please try your best to achieve it.

 

 

Top 5: The Passion of the Christ

In fact, this is a movie about Good Friday. The director shows the story of Christ that happens in the last 12 hours. I watch it on a DVD. The former plot seems to be so generic, but the later is awesome. This movie is about history, religion, humanity, Jesus and biography. To speak of, it is also the 77th Oscar Award nomination for best photography, best makeup and best original music.

 

I was inspired by the frames, acting skills and dubs in background music. Christ is so unfortunate but he is also so humane. The movie is full of religious color and a little bloody. Therefore, after watching this film, perhaps you will cherish your life at present. So just savor the happy Easter day!

 

Top 6: The Easter Egg Adventure

This also is another animated cartoon about the cute Easter bunnies and eggs that is suited for kids, but this time, the story happens in the Egg Town. In order to look for the lost Easter eggs, all the rabbits get rid of all the difficulties and make every effort.

 

I think the spirit is of great of help for our children. But on the other hand, the movie seems to encourage the men to show love to the loved women.
