How to Dry Marshmallow Fondant
- 1). Sprinkle a light dusting of confectioners' sugar on top of the fondant. Use no more than 1 tbsp. of sugar per 1 lb. of fondant at a time.
- 2). Knead the fondant until the sugar is thoroughly incorporated and the fondant has an even consistency.
- 3). Check the consistency of the fondant. Add more sugar and knead again, if necessary.
