Jets For Every Need

Why go through the hassle of tight spaces, few luxuries and strict schedules? Private jets offer much and more to make business travel so much smoother.

We owe a great deal to commercial airlines with their low cost flights that even people on very tight budgets can afford. It's a huge change from a few decades ago where only the upper class could afford air travel. However, business travelers are all too aware of how strict flight schedules can affect deadlines at work. Then there's not being able to hold meetings while on the go and the lack of luxuries – even in executive class – that most business travelers are used to.

With private jets, there's every aspect of luxury you can hope to enjoy while in the air. Cabin crew handpicked to serve you, interiors customized to permit the holding of meetings and the entertaining of clients, comfortable sleeping quarters and much more. All this for a very competitive price which is obviously more than a commercial flight but offers excellent value for money.

The growing popularity of private jets among business travelers means there's more to choose from. From small light jets to massive heavy jets, there really is something for everyone. Here's a general look at what you can expect with each type.

Light jets

Compact and economical, light jets are perfect for short and quick travel to and from small airfields close to your destination. They seat around 4 to 6. You're likely to find a toilet and a mini bar but nothing much else. Some models don't even have the two. Still, the very reasonable cost means it's more about getting to and from destinations in comfort rather than luxury.

Medium jets

Naturally larger and more far-ranging than light jets, medium jets seat between 6 and 8-9 people. The bigger size also means there's a larger baggage capacity and more room for luxury elements. Toilets are standard as are mini bars and decent entertainment systems like TVs and DVD players.
Because the jets have a longer range, there's flexibility in traveling to more places. This makes medium jets the top pick for most travelers unwilling to spend too much on larger planes but desiring the extra luxury.

Super mid-size jets

These large planes can seat anywhere from 10 to a dozen people. They're perfect for traveling in a group and where business meetings need to be organized. There's naturally more space so more room for luxuries like wardrobes, a fully stocked bar and a proper restroom.

By comparison, where light jets have a range of up to 1200 nm super-mid size ones can travel up to 3500 nm and maybe even more. This difference comes at a cost but a pretty reasonable one for high flying business execs.

Heavy jets

Heavy jets are the last choice and one which is typically availed by wealthy business travelers. They have a range of 4000 nm and over with a seating capacity of more than a dozen people. The long range means you can travel nonstop between countries so if there's an urgent meeting you need to get to several thousand miles away you can be there in time. Luxuries are also more with private sleeping quarters and everything else offered by smaller jets.
