This method involves using math to distract you from your anxiety but don't be scared because it is nothing to complicated.
Technique is very simple all you have to do is start performing difficult math problems in your head any time you feel an anxiety attack coming on.
The secret is to make the problems difficult so that you really have to focus on them but not so difficult that you become frustrated and give up.
If you can't think of any math problems then the next easiest thing to do is to just pick any random number and double it in your head.
Continue doubling this number and see how high you can go (this technique will also give your brain a good work out) Another great general anxiety treatment that also uses distraction is to take a rubber ball and throw it from hand to hand.
While you are doing this close your eyes and raise your head toward the ceiling then lower your head and open your eyes.
Repeat this sequence over and over for at least 10 minutes and you will find your anxiety greatly diminishing.
