Montauk Monster update: It's probably a raccoon
There can be little doubt that the Montauk Monster is a media phenomenon this summer, and is even outstripping Obama, Morgan Freeman and Heath Ledger in gaining widespread short term attention. It überschwemmte (swamped, deluged) Cryptomundo and about every other site too. Fox News today, even points to Cryptomundo to show the angle to prove the dead animal is, or was, quite male.

They further mention, as you already have read here, that it is also clear from an examination of the decomposed head that it looks awfully like that of - pause, melodrama builds - a dead raccoon....

'Leprechaun-alien' snapped
This tiny elf-like figure dubbed the "leprechaun-alien" was caught on camera as he flees a forest. The wee chap - who looks no taller than 3ft - can be seen running from the woodland just as a tourist whipped out his camera. He was snapped in Lake Tahoe, USA, by holidaymaker Lloyd Deneau, who paused to take a picture of the stunning trees and caught the extraordinary teeny figure. UFO skeptics throw in the towel - How did Meier beat NASA by 32 years?
The subject of UFOs is no longer just fodder for the tabloids, as several recent Larry King TV shows indicate. Though primarily dominated by discussions about sightings of lights in the sky, and perennial dead-end conjecture about Roswell, the recent shows have engaged viewers everywhere. They also coincide with increased worldwide attention being once again focused on the highly controversial Billy Meier UFO contacts in Switzerland, due to the release of the new film on the case, 'The Silent Revolution of Truth' (http://www.theyfly.com), and the newest scientific corroboration for Meier's prophetic information...

Ghost bust-up
A Sassafras man is fed-up with being the victim of a 25-year campaign of would-be ghost busting, vandalism and garden statue thefts. Malcolm Johnson, 68, is sick and tired of people throwing stones at his house and running around his garden because they think it's haunted. In the latest attack on the notorious hills mansion, Rostrevor, a 90-centimetre crocodile and a Cinderella statue where stolen from his garden. Mr Johnson said he has people running around his garden at least three times a week trying to a catch a phantom ghost...
