    • 1). Warm the area of your car that is dented with a hair dryer. Keep the hair dryer set on medium strength and hold it about five to seven inches away from the dent. Continue to apply heat for one to three minutes.

    • 2). Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over the heated area of your auto body.

    • 3). Rub dry ice on the aluminum foil. Rub the ice over the entire dented area. After a few moments, the sudden change in temperature should cause the dent to pop out.

    • 4). Repeat the process as many times as necessary to cause the dent to pop out.
