- 1). Look to see whether the electrical power cord is firmly connected to the base of the Schwinn 230 and connected to a grounded, working power outlet. Unplug the electrical cord, wait a few minutes, and plug back into the power outlet.
- 2). Replace the local fuse or reset the circuit breaker if necessary, particularly if a recent power outage has occurred.
- 3). Press "Reset" and hold for two seconds. Release to reset the console and cause the exercise bike to power up.
- 4). Repeat steps 1 and 2 if the bike still does not power up.
- 5). Contact an authorized service technician if the bike remains without power.
