How Do I Print Captions With My Pictures?
- 1). Open a new Microsoft Word document by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
- 2). Click "Insert" on your toolbar, and then click the "Picture" button.
- 3). Locate your image file and double-click on the file. The image will appear in your document.
- 4). Press "Enter." Click "Insert" on your toolbar, and then click "Text Box." Select a style of text box by clicking on it once. The box will appear on your page below your image. Click the box, and pull at the sides to make it smaller and narrower. Then click "Format." Click "No Fill" under "Shape Fill" and "Shape Outline."
- 5). Click inside the text box and write your caption.
- 6). Click "Control" and "P," followed by "OK" to print.
