- 1). Access the Gmail homepage through a variety of access Uniform Resource Locators (URLs). Some of these include but are not limited to the following: http://gmail.com, https://gmail.com, http://m.gmail.com, https://m.gmail.com, http://googlemail.com, https://googlemail.com, http://mail.google.com/mail/x/, and https://mail.google.com/mail/x/
- 2). Use proxy websites to access Gmail. Proxy websites allow Internet users to access restricted websites. For a list of proxy websites, see Resources.
- 3). Install Google Desktop, a free application by Google that allows Gmail users to access their email without signing in on the Gmail homepage. To download this application, see Resources.
