How to Build Your Upper Body Without Weights

If you want to build muscles without weights, then you must do some work out using other forms of resistance.
The workouts that you can do are designed to burn fat and they work your muscle groups.
Doing the exercises will tone and build your muscles, thus giving you a better shape.
Exercise to Build Upper Body • Push ups: These are the easiest type of exercise that you can try.
Push ups can work in your shoulders, chest, back, and arms.
You know how to do basic push ups.
Do it as many repetitions as you can manage.
Placing your palms side by side is said to be better.
• Pull up/Chin up: This exercise works in your arms and back.
It may require a horizontal bar for you to hold on to while you pull yourself up with your arms.
• Dips: These are best for your chest, shoulders, arms, and back muscles.
Perform this through pulling two strong pieces of furniture together and put your hands on either side and keep your legs folded then lower and raise yourself.
• Hip Raiser: Sit on the floor with legs straight.
Your palms should be near the sides of the hip and your back should be straight.
The next step is to raise your body upwards and the soles of your feet are flat on the floor while your hips and upper thighs, and your body are straight.
Just let you head fall backwards and make your butt tighter.
In order to achieve this goal, you need extra patience.
