Its amazing how people can live a crazy lifestyle, life staying up late, eat all kinds of worthless junk foods, and drink a gazillion cups of coffee everyday and still keep on living till they're old and weak.
It might be because their body is so tuned and perfectly made.
But what about us who suffers from panic attacks? We cant just live like these guys! We have limitations, a lot of them, and we have to take care that we don't over extend ourselves because if not, then that anxiety attacks will just come striking in.
Now this article will actually focus on the abuse of the body and what you should avoid when you suffer from panic disorder in order to survive long in this world.
First off are coffee and panic attacks so we will continue with that.
Caffeine is a great big "no no" for all of those who suffers anxiety attacks you just can not and should not allow yourself to get addicted to this, quite frankly, just avoid it.
It will heighten the panic disorder and will live you scarred for the rest of your days.
Alcohol also intensifies the anxiety attacks so if you can avoid them then please do so, which I totally doubt unless you're a teetotaler, if you cant just abstain yourself from drinking, then at least drink moderately.
Sugar and sugary food junks should be avoided as well.
Same as above, sugar amplifies those panic surges so better avoid those sweet delights if you can; we don't say that you should stop eating sweets, just keep it at the minimum.
Coffee and panic attacks, alcohol and sugar as well, these are what you should watch out if you want to be able to avoid those panic attack surges.
Live a healthy lifestyle, eat good healthy foods and avoid these tasty yet heart pounding treats and you will be alright.
