You do it for a week and you forget about it. Sometimes along the way you decide, this is for the monkeys not for me. In other words you are not ready mentally and physically to deal with the monster in you. Fear to conquer the unknown. And how did we get to this? Let us have a look at the human development with diets.

PRESCHOOL CHILDREN:
Today I will focus on the nutritious weight loss diet found in fruits that can be given to preschool-children who at this young age are over-weight believe or not. With the same token these young fellas have capabilities and must be encouraged to set go and achieve them. Through excitement and good behavior, children can participate in planning and preparing their meals. They can do this by inviting them to help in the kitchen to prepare a fruit salad. Washing and mixing the fruits, the fruits for lunch or dinner could be a game changer in the battle with over-weight kids.
The idea is to teach and recondition the preschool children to love their fruits and enjoy eating them. You can also introduce them to fruit famers to see how fruits are grown and picked to the farmers market where you buy them on a Saturday morning. There famers market in every city across the United States. That way, they can get to choose a variety of fruits about the food they or salad and snakes. Learning is an ongoing process. Teaching these preschoolers about the food they eat is a good thing in the right direction.

SCHOOL CHILDREN:
Once we have introduced the preschool children to the diet of fruits. We need to reinforce it through their school age years. Here we take time to teach them different kinds of nutritious weight loss diets to choose from. You empower them to challenge the school administration in a good way to incorporate the diet into the school menu. Thus, you are giving them responsibility to take charge of their bodies at these tender years.
The diet should provide a variety, balanced and moderation to cover the most nutrients needed at this age. At age 4 to 10 years old, children must reduce their fat intake by 8.5 percent. That means effective strategies must include replacing higher-fat foods with lower-fat foods especially with milk, and eating more serving of fruits, vegetables and very low-fat desserts.
We all know that school children of 8 to 10 years old in general have good appetite and would like all kind of food except vegetables. Another school of thought state that in poor communities, grocery stores bring or sale cheaper food that has no nutrition value to health thus undercuts the lessons being taught above. This problem can be traced to the food stamp policies and regulations per state. It discourages spending money on fruits and vegetables except meat products.

NUTRITION IN ADOLESCENCE:
This is the age of extension from puberty to full growth. For most people, it occurs between the ages of 12 to 20 years old. That means children in this period need a lot of nutritional support for growth. The idea of formulating their identity enforced by their peers exerts a major influence on teenager's decision-making. There is a need to teach teenagers about nutrition intake and the benefits involved now and years to come. The nutritious needs of the adolescence are energy, vitamins, minerals and fiber. They also have problems of weight control and poor choices of foods.

WEIGHT CONTROL:
Adolescence with a BMI greater than 30 must be referred for medical diagnosis and follow up. One of the contributing factors is the problem of low self-esteem, and unhealthy dieting. Unfortunately Americans are prone to the ‚¬"quick fix‚¬ promising instant results. A person who started dieting a week ago wants his/her weight loss today. In doing so, they use unbalanced diets.
The need for rapid growth requires balanced nutrients. The infant needs some nutrients as an adult but in different amount. There is a lot to be desired when nutrients in food are provided for developmental growth.
