Definition: (DOD) That total period of time, resulting from a timer error, between the earliest and the latest possible detonation time. 1. early time--The earliest possible time that an atomic demolition munition can detonate; 2. fire time--That time the atomic demolition munition will detonate should the timers function precisely without error; 3. late time--The latest possible time that an atomic demolition munition can detonate.
