So you want to loose weight? Once of the best ways to loose weight quickly is by using a treadmill.
Treadmills are easy to use and you don't have to go to the gym to use one.
There are cheaper versions for use at home and some will even fold away for convenience.
Why is running or jogging so good at helping you to lose weight? Because In order to lose weight you need to be burning more calories than you take in.
Running or jogging burns on average about 100 calories per mile.
By eating the right diet and running a lot you will soon be on-track to lose weight.
Treadmills will often come with a heart rate monitor that makes it easier to track your fitness levels.
Generally, over time, once you start exercising regularly your heart rate will start to decrease when you get out of breath.
This means your heart is becoming stronger and can handle exercise better.
Providing you use your treadmill for at least 30 minutes, 5 days per week, you'll start feeling much healthier and you'll start losing weight.
The most important thing is to log everything you do.
Log your heart rate when you exercise so you can see when it starts to decrease.
Log your weight every week so you can watch it go down.
Log how many calories you burn after each run.
If you log everything properly you will soon be able to track how much progress you have made and you'll start getting lighter!
