There are tricks to losing your lower stomach fat...
If you've been struggling to slim your stomach down, there's probably one reason as to why you've not yet been able to "beat the bulge" - you've been doing the wrong things which simply aren't helping you burn your fat.
In this article, I'm going to show you some neat exercises and nutrition techniques to help you finally get your lower stomach fat under control: 1) Don't focus on ab exercises!!! One of the biggest fallacies about losing stomach fat is that you need to just get down and do sit ups, crunches or some other ab-focused exercise.
Although these are okay if you want to build muscle, they are hopeless exercises for burning fat.
What you need to do, instead, is focus on fat-burning multi-joint cardio exercises like step ups and squats.
These exercises are aerobic, which means that they require oxygen and movement to do them.
This not only means that your body will burn fat with them, but itwill also add to your lean muscle mass as well.
Here are some other great cardio exercises which will help you burn your lower stomach fat:
  • Front squats
  • Dumbbell Rows
  • Reverse Crunch
  • etc
2) Eat Healthily.
There's a well-known saying...
"you are what you eat".
This couldn't be more true, as many people who still have lower stomach fat are prone to eating less healthy food, which is full of E-numbers, chemicals, salts and fats.
The fact is that there is no "secret" to getting slim with a diet...
except to eat a healthy, proportionate and balanced diet.
Don't, whatever you do, fall for those lame "miracle diets" which make you eat 100 calories a day for 3 weeks...
because they just starve your body of precious nutrients, which make it store more fat down the road.
This is VERY BAD.
Instead, just focus on keeping full with, rich, balanced foods.
3) It WON'T happen overnight Sorry.
Someone had to say it, and it sure as hell wasn't going to be those slimy salesmen who are too busy pushing the latest "miracle diet" or "magic pill" which burns through your fat like a blowtorch.
The fact is that any adjustment to your body should be gradual in order for it to be the longest lasting.
I'm not kidding when I say that, either - the more quality you give to your exercises and routines, the less prone your body will be to storing fat in the future.
If you try and just get rid of your lower stomach fat in the quickest way possible, without giving ANY thought to future problems, the thing that will happen is that your metabolism will come crashing down and your body will just store more and more fat.
Biggest piece of advice - make sure you don't *force* your body to do anything...
because if you go to war with your body, you're only going to lose.
