High Jump

• After obtaining the gravity suit, visit any area of the game fully submerged in water, such as certain rooms in Maridia or Lower Norfair. Walk Samus to the bottom of the water-filled room. Press and hold the jump button, and immediately pause the game. While continuing to hold jump, remove the gravity suit Samus wears in the inventory menu. Unpause the game. Samus will jump significantly higher than normal.
  
  

Samus Clones

• You must have previously earned the speed boots and X-ray visor to complete this cheat. Switch to the item in your inventory that is before the visor. Start running while holding the boost button at the same time. When you see silhouettes of Samus, switch to the X-ray visor, while still holding boost. This produces one or two clones of Samus, mimicking every move she makes.
  
  

Alternative Endings

• To see the second-best cinematic ending, defeat the game between three and 10 hours. To see the best ending movie, beat the game in under three hours. Finishing the game in over 10 hours will display the easiest ending.
