For example, the teacher interested in the vice principle position may include her role as supervisor to teacher's aides and her development of a mentoring program for first-year teachers.
- 5). Write one or two sentences explaining what qualities you possess that make you a better candidate for the job. Include self-management skills such as dependability, innovative thinking and leadership. For example, the teacher may describe her ability to think of alternative solutions to problems and her capacity to promote teamwork. You will want to match your self-management skills to the job requirements to successfully complete your objective for your leadership resume.
