The Effectiveness of the 6 Day Diet
I believe that you can still continually lose weight and keep up the pace after your one week or six days diet.
If you are obese, I think this might not be the best diet for you to do but if you are just a bit you are just a little bit overweight and just want to use those jeans from your high school days then I think that this will be a great alternative diet compared to punishing and killing your body in the gym.
The process will go something like this.
In the first few days of your chosen program you can take any fruits you want except for bananas and you can also have all the cabbage soup you want to eat.
Of course you need to increase your fluid intake by unsweetened teas and a lot of water.
After a few days you are allowed to eat as many vegetables as you can, better focus on eating green leafy vegetables because it has the nutrients you need and even you will eat it in raw or not as long as you will avoid eating peas, dry beans and corns.
