- 1). Click "Start" and type "notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" (without the quotation marks) into the Search box and press "Enter." The "Hosts" file opens as a Notepad document.
- 2). Scroll to the bottom of the Notepad document. The last line of the document says "127.0.0.1 localhost."
- 3). Type "127.0.0.2 http://211.151.228.252" (without the quotation marks) beneath ""127.0.0.1 localhost" so that it is the last line in the document.
- 4). Click "File" and then "Save."
- 5). Restart your computer.
