So you want to get super? You want to have the looks of the models inside magazines.
Well to be honest it is not that easy because not everybody can become a model.
But is simple to have the looks like one.
The first step to getting super hot is eating right.
This is the first because it is the most important.
Make sure you have a balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and nuts.
By balanced diet I mean getting about an even supply of protein, carbs, and fats at each meal.
Protein can come from foods like grilled chicken, salmon, and peanut butter.
 This is especially important if you want to build muscle.
In order to get super hot you also need to have the right kind of carbs.
Messing this up will make your body pack on more pounds and you do not want that now do you.
Avoid pasta, pizza, and bread for most of the time.
Instead have your carb sources come from fruits, vegetables, and oats.
These foods will help you feel energized all day long without packing on more weight.
Eat frequently throughout the day.
Consume four to six meals a day instead of two or three huge meals.
That way you keep your metabolism going strong.
To get super hot you need to eat about every three hours so that you avoid hunger but at the same time feel satisfied all day long.
Drink eight glasses of water each day.
This helps get your glow back, boosts your metabolism, and helps you feel more energized.
Also make sure you get your sleep in each night.
Many of us may be a big fan of the night life but you should avoid feeling tired or weak if you can hep it.
