How to Make Small Ghosts
- 1). Draw a 10-inch circle on a piece of paper with a compass. Cut the circle out with scissors.
- 2). Trace the circle on white cotton fabric with tailor's chalk. Trace the circle once for each ghost you want to make. Cut out the white fabric circles.
- 3). Measure and cut a 12-inch piece of fishing line for each fabric circle. Knot the ends of each length of fishing line together. Create a small hole in the center of each circle with the tip of a craft knife, and push the folded end of the fishing line loop through the hole.
- 4). Lay one of the fabric circles on your work surface with the loop side down. Place a small dot of low-temperature hot glue on the ping pong ball. Place the ball in the center of the fabric circle pressing the hot glue against the fabric. Let the glue cool for 1 minute.
