How to Backup Your Purchased Xbox 360 Games
If you did not purchase a copy of the game you wish to backup then, it is ILLEGAL to copy or backup.
This article does not support, or intend to inducing piracy in any manner.
What you need to start the process: 1) Philips screwdriver.
2) Your original Xbox 360 game.
3) DVD-drive which you can disassemble.
4) Data/Movie DVD 8gigabyte in size.
5) Download WxRipper; 6) Download Wx360; Step 1: Disassembling your DVD-ROM Drive.
Warning: for most manufactures this will void your warranty, reform this task at your own risk.
Remove the screws around the unit.
All you need is access to the laser used to write the data.
You will need to figure out how to do this on your DVD-ROM, but it should very simple and obvious, although it my vary with drives.
Step 2: Installing your DVD-ROM to PC The physical part is now over; you need to attach the DVD-ROM drive to your computer.
This will take some basic understanding of computer; the drive should come with a manual to show you how to do this as well.
When done installing, place the drive in an easy accessible spot.
Make sure the PC is off during this process.
Step 3: Using WxRipper Extract both files you were asked to download in the supply list.
Open WxRipper .
1) Place your DVD in the DVD-ROM drive which is over 8 gigabyte now wait until your computer reads it.
2) Next to file at the top you will see Hotswap, click it, and then click "Find Magic Number".
3) When the magic number is found, click "Stop drive".
4) Now the tricky part, you need to switch the DVD in your drive to your Xbox 360 game.
Do this without touching the eject button, hints the dis assembly of the drive you performed earlier.
5) Next click "Spin Drive" 6) When the DVD starts spinning again you need to dump the image.
Clicking on thr "Start Dump" 7) This will take a long time depending on the speed of your DVD-ROM drive.
This step could take up to an hour or so.

iso click the "Extract All Files" option at the menu file, and point the location to your DVD- R Double Layer Disk you put in your PC.
If you want to extract only one, then right click on the individual file and select that option.
Congratulations you now have a backup of you Xbox 360 game!
