Whats Your Plan?
Traditionally this time of year, can be a time that is hard on the waistline.
Holiday meals, weekends that include less activity outside and more sitting on the couch watching sports, and general nesting behaviors all add up to the perfect recipe for gaining weight.
So I ask you, "Whats your plan?" Are you going to fall into the same old habit of just going through the motions this fall and ignoring the little voice in your head that tells you to get off your butt and start working out? I'm going to challenge you to make a change this year.
Don't wait until after you've eaten yourself into a coma at the end of your Christmas dinner to decide that you need to drop some weight and become active.
Start right now!! Make a decision to start your workout program before all of those holiday meals.
I know that you enjoy them, but how much more would you enjoy them if you could eat them without the guilt of knowing you've done nothing to offset the 2500 calories you just consumed? I like to tell folks that you can eat those holiday meals while on a workout plan.
In fact they will have a much smaller impact on your if you are currently being active.
Now is the perfect time because you can be well on your way to conquering your weight loss goals before the end of the year.

You can make the decision right now to dedicate yourself to becoming a brand new person by Christmas.
What better gift can you give to yourself than that? Don't wait until New Years to make a change, instead celebrate New Years by knowing that you are starting the year off with a whole new you.

Or are you going to take a step to improving your life? Ask yourself what is holding you back from making this change? Then eliminate that reason and just do it.
